The Adult development Center opened their doors in Rogers with 16 clients. In 1978, the ADC began its sheltered workshop which provides vocational training and productive employment for their clients. Now, ADC performs manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of products for businesses throughout the area. As many as 110 adult clients perform paid work that prepares them for competitive jobs.
