The Ozark Natural Science Center

The Ozark Natural Science Center is a non-profit educational facility dedicated to providing innovative field science programs for learners of all ages. In early 1989, founders Ken and RuAnn Ewing envisioned an experiential educational facility dedicated to teaching students about the natural environment of the Ozarks. Their vision became reality in July 1990. The original land for the Center was donated by Dr. L. D. Thomas of Fayetteville. The remaining 397 acres of the Bear Hollow Natural area are leased to ONSC for its management and use.

If you wish to make a contribution to this fund, checks may be made payable to Northwest Arkansas Community Foundation. Please make a note that it is a donation to Ozark Natural Science Center Endowment. Contributions may be mailed to Northwest Arkansas Community Foundation, 800 Founders Park Drive, Springdale, AR 72762
